Returns
Can I return an item?
Eligibility depends on the item, condition and timing. Bedding, loungewear, intimate items and final-sale purchases may have restrictions. Start with our Returns & refunds guide before sending anything back.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within the period stated in the Return Policy. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the right next step.

What should I include when I ask about an order?
Your order reference, the relevant item and a short description of what you need help with allow us to find the right information more quickly.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible. We will check the order status, but changes or cancellations may not be possible after an order has been accepted or prepared.
Do you support company or bulk purchases?
