RoomDen Return Policy

Eligibility
To qualify for a return, please ensure the following conditions are met:
- The return request must be initiated within 14 days of delivery (based on the carrier’s delivery timestamp).
- The item must be shipped back within 14 days after approval, with a trackable shipping number and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- You must email us the tracking number once shipped — this step is essential for processing.
- The item must remain in original, unused condition, including:
- Unwashed, unworn, undamaged.
- Kept in original folded form.
- Includes all original packaging (fabric bag, tags, inserts).
- Free from odors, stains, pet hair, or wrinkles.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are final sale and not eligible for return:
- Final Sale Items: Any item marked as final sale or purchased during non-returnable promotions.
- Bedding: Non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless damaged upon arrival (contact within 7 days).
- Loungewear & Intimates: Non-returnable for hygiene reasons; contact us within 7 days if defective.
Refunds & Restocking
Once we receive and inspect your return, you can choose:
- Full refund in the form of store credit; or
- Partial refund to your original payment method, minus a 30% restocking fee.
The restocking fee helps cover packaging, labor, and shipping subsidies — as a small, mindful brand, we appreciate your understanding in helping reduce waste.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@roomden.com, with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation.
Wrong Item or Size
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. If the correct item is available, we’ll send it at no cost and you may keep or donate the original to reduce waste. If out of stock, we’ll issue a refund or store credit.
Change of Mind
You can return eligible items within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Two refund options:
- Full store credit; or
- Partial refund (30% restocking fee).
Return shipping for change-of-mind cases is at the customer’s expense.
Processing Time
Once the return is received, inspection and refund processing take 5–7 business days. Your bank may take an extra 3–5 days to post the refund.
International Orders
The process and eligibility remain the same. For change-of-mind returns, international customers are responsible for return shipping. If the item is defective, we usually don’t require return — photos are enough for a refund or replacement.
