How is the shipping fee calculated?
We offer free standard shipping to most regions, including the United States, Canada, the European Union, and the United Kingdom.
For other destinations, shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping fees will be automatically calculated at checkout.

When will my order be shipped?
Processing time: 1–4 business days
Shipping time: 1–7 business days
All orders are fulfilled from our Shanghai Fulfillment Center or New York Warehouse, ensuring fast and reliable delivery.
We use priority international logistics to make sure your order arrives safely and quickly.

How do U.S. tariffs affect my order?
Thank you for your patience and understanding during this special period.
Due to recent policy changes, certain home and textile products may now be subject to higher import duties, which could cause short-term shipping delays as we adjust our processes.
Most orders still ship within 2–3 business days, but some may take up to 10 business days depending on product type, destination, and tariff status.
If your order is affected, we’ll notify you via email. We’re actively working with our partners to minimize any impact on you.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase.
If your order has already entered processing, we may not be able to cancel it — but please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.
How can I change my shipping address?
If your order is still being processed, please contact us via our contact form to update your shipping address.
If your package has already shipped, please contact USPS directly to redirect or arrange local pickup.
Your USPS tracking number can be found in the AfterShip tracking page. Recently moved? We recommend using USPS’s mail forwarding service to make sure all future deliveries reach your new address.
My order is missing an item — what should I do?
To ensure faster delivery, some items may be shipped separately.
If part of your order hasn’t arrived yet, don’t worry — your second package is most likely still in transit.
Please check your tracking details for multiple shipments. If you still have concerns, feel free to contact us — our support team will be happy to help. 😊
I ordered the wrong color, size, or style — can I change it?
No worries! Please reach out via our contact form as soon as possible.
We’ll do our best to update your order, but changes or cancellations can’t be guaranteed once processing has started. For the best chance of success, contact us immediately after placing your order.
Why hasn’t my order shipped yet?
As a small, design-focused brand, we take great care in crafting and packing each order.
Some products are made to order, which may extend processing time slightly.
We appreciate your patience and understanding — every piece is worth the wait. If you need your order faster, contact us to request Express or Expedited Service.
My order shipped but hasn’t arrived — where is it?
If you’ve received a shipping notification or a tracking number, your order is on its way.
Tracking updates can sometimes be delayed, and occasional pauses during transit are normal.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days after shipping, please reach out and we’ll assist you immediately.
I received my order but changed my mind — what can I do?
No problem! We offer a 7-day return window starting from the date of delivery.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for store credit, which can be used toward another item you’ll love.
