Include your order number, a short description, and clear photos of the item and its packaging.
Our team will confirm your eligibility and respond within 1–2 business days.

Step 02
Get Approva
Once approved, you’ll receive an RMA number and a return slip from us.
Please print the slip and place it inside your package before shipping.
This helps us identify your return quickly and process your refund without delay.

Ship It Back
Use a trackable shipping method to send the package to the address provided in your approval email.
Don’t forget to email us the tracking number — this step is essential for tracking and verification.

Policy Details
Eligibility
To qualify for a return, please ensure the following conditions are met:
• Return request must be made within 14 days of delivery (based on the carrier’s timestamp).
• Item must be shipped back within 14 days after approval, with a trackable number and an RMA code.
• Email us the tracking number after shipping — this is required to process your return.
• Item must remain in its original, unused condition:
– Unwashed, unworn, undamaged
– In original folded form
– Includes all packaging (bag, tags, inserts)
– Free from odors, stains, pet hair
– Not stretched or altered
Note: Items washed, used, or missing packaging will be considered used and not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Final Sale items or purchases made during non-returnable promotions.
• Bedding products for hygiene reasons, unless damaged on arrival (report within 7 days with photos).
• Specialty loungewear for hygiene reasons. If defective, contact us within 7 days with photos.
Refunds & Restocking
After we receive and inspect your return, choose one of the following:
• Full refund as store credit
• Partial refund to your original payment method, minus a 30% restocking fee
This fee helps cover materials, shipping subsidies, labor, and packaging. As a small, thoughtful brand, we appreciate your support in reducing waste.
Frequently Asked Questions
What should I do if my item arrived damaged or defective?
Please email Support@roomden.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Depending on the case, we’ll offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund.
I received the wrong item/size. What happens now?
Contact us within 7 days with your order number and a photo of the incorrect item. If the correct item is in stock, we’ll resend it at no extra cost (you may keep the original to reduce waste). If out of stock, we’ll issue a refund or store credit.
What if I changed my mind?
You can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery if they’re new, unused, and in original packaging.
• Full store credit, or
• Refund to original payment minus 30% restocking fee.
Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Yes: items marked Final Sale, bedding (hygiene), and specialty loungewear (hygiene).
How long does the return/refund process take?
After you submit a request within 14 days, we’ll send instructions. Once we receive the return, inspection and issuing of the approved refund/credit take 5–7 business days. Your bank may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the refund.
Is the policy different for international orders?
The process and eligibility are the same. For change-of-mind returns, international customers cover return shipping. For damaged/defective items, we typically do not require returning the product; we’ll process a refund or replacement based on photos to minimize your cost and environmental impact.
