Held up after washing
It washed on a cool cycle without the ruffle losing its shape or the black print running, though the fleece feels slightly thinner than on arrival.

Description
Black botanical stems across a creamy ground bring a little drama to this soft fleece bedding. The dark ruffled border gives the duvet and pillows a clear frame, while the pale background keeps the print from feeling heavy. Made with polyester fleece, it is a tactile choice for a romantic bedroom with more contrast than a traditional pastel floral.
Place a plain black cushion against the pillows to repeat the border without adding more pattern. Drape an oatmeal knitted throw across the foot; its larger loops soften the crisp floral contrast and connect with the warm cream ground.
- Soft polyester fleece: The fleece surface offers a plush feel that complements the bedding's decorative character without relying on delicate-looking fabric.
- Black botanical print: Dark stems and blooms stand out against cream, offering a floral design with a more graphic, mature presence.
- Ruffled framing: Dark ruffles edge the duvet and pillowcases, giving the bed a distinct outline and a softly gathered finishing detail.
- Cream foundation: The pale ground leaves space around the flowers, making the strong black accents easier to pair with neutral furnishings.

Used through the cooler months
It has been on our bed through autumn and winter, and the fleece is warm enough on its own, though it goes back in the cupboard over summer.
Less busy than other floral bedding we have owned, and much softer.
Quiet from afar, detailed up close
From the doorway it reads as plain cream bedding with a dark edge, and the botanical stems only become clear once you are close to the bed.
Cream fleece, black florals, dark ruffled edge.
Looks like the listing
The black stems on the cream ground are exactly as shown, and the ruffle is fuller in person than the small preview image suggested.
The dark ruffle makes the room feel romantic without being fussy.
She asked for the link
I gave this to my mother-in-law and she asked for the link within the day, because the black floral suits her traditional bedroom perfectly.
Insert sits well but shifts
The cover takes our insert nicely and the corners stay filled, though the smooth fleece lets the duvet slide a little towards the foot overnight.
Black cushion repeats the border
A plain black cushion against the pillows repeats the dark ruffle without adding more pattern, and the cream ground keeps the bed from feeling heavy.
Cute but check sizing
The design is gorgeous, definitely fits the vintage aesthetic I wanted. The duvet cover is super soft washed cotton. Just make sure to check the size chart, fits my queen perfectly though.

Dark Academia Perfection
Bought this for my dorm room and everyone asks where I got it. It feels very high quality and the zipper closure is hidden well.

Dreamy Coquette Vibes
I was looking for something that screams coquette but isn't too pink, and this is IT. The texture on the cream fabric makes it look so high-end, and the black ruffles are dramatic in the best way. My cat loves sleeping on it too!

Honest review: the fabric is thicker than I expected, which is great for fall. The black floral pattern is actually textured, not just printed. Looks exactly like the photos.

So aesthetic! 🖤🤍 The contrast between the cream and black is stunning. It washed well, no fading on the black ruffles.
