Insert drifts a little
The insert stays tied in, though on our light quilt it works its way to the foot by morning.
Blush Botanical Sketch Cotton Bedding Set

Description
Pale botanical sketches spread across a soft blush ground, combining broad leaves with smaller flowers and fine stems. The light drawings give this cotton bedding a gentle illustrated character, with gray details adding definition without a strong contrast. Cotton fabric settles into relaxed folds, keeping the larger leafy shapes soft and easy to follow.
Pair the blush print with plain ivory cushions and light wooden furniture to keep the room warm and quiet. A soft gray throw can echo the drawn outlines. Choose unprinted curtains and let the larger leaves provide the main decorative detail around the bed.
- Pure cotton: Cotton fabric offers a comfortable everyday feel and natural drape.
- Pattern details: Pale leaves and flowers with fine gray outlines decorate a soft blush ground.
- Internal duvet ties: Attachment ties help secure a compatible duvet insert inside the cover.
- Room pairing: Ivory, soft gray and light wood tones complement the gentle blush palette.

Would like a matching throw
Everything I need came in the set, though a matching grey throw would have been a nice extra.
Holds on a thick mattress
The fitted sheet grips our thick mattress and stays put through the night without a single corner lifting.
The sketches are finer in person and the blush a touch warmer than the photos suggest.
Softened the spare room
It made the spare room feel softer the moment it went on the bed, even before the cushions were added.
Pure cotton, pale blush, grey botanical sketches.
True to size
The cover and pillowcases fit our usual size with no extra fabric pooling at the foot.
Calmer and easier to live with than the loud floral bedding we had before.
Soft cotton, blush sketches, faint grey lines, a touch pale in low light.
Fine lines up close
Up close the fine stems are drawn cleanly, though one leaf near the hem is printed a shade lighter.
Best with light wood
It pairs beautifully with our light oak bed, though against the dark wardrobe the blush looks a little washed out.
My partner noticed it
My partner rarely notices bedding, and even he commented on how calm the sketched leaves look.
Pale by day, deeper at night
In the morning the sketches look airy and pale, and by lamplight the grey lines seem to deepen.
Gift for my sister
I gave my sister a set and she liked the blush sketches, though she would have preferred stronger colours.
Easy to put away
It came out for the milder weeks and folds away slim enough for the linen cupboard.
Grey throw echoes it
A soft grey throw at the foot echoes the outlines nicely, though a patterned one starts to compete with the leaves.
The broad leaves are drawn large enough to read clearly from across the room.
Fits a deep mattress
Our mattress is deep and the fitted sheet still reaches right under every corner.
Insert ties hold well
The ties hold the insert in place, though the far corners still take a bit of pushing to fill out.
Waking up to those faint leaf sketches is quietly cheering, and I notice a new one most mornings.
Cool on warm nights
It stays cool on warm nights, which suits our heated flat, though in winter I want a warmer blanket over the top.
Blush matches the listing
The blush ground is exactly the tone shown online, and the grey outlines are as faint as they look in the photos.
Bought a second set
I liked the blush sketches so much that a second set is now on the guest bed in the back room.
Soft, dry cotton
The cotton is smooth with a soft, dry finish, and the sketched leaves feel light rather than printed on.
Would love it in green
Nothing much to fault here, though I would love the same sketch print in a sage green one day.
