Deeper case for firm inserts
It fits our pillows well, though a deeper case would hold a firm insert more comfortably.

Right size, sits flat
They are the right size for standard pillows and sit flat without wrinkling at the closure.
Cool through the night
The cotton breathes, so the pillow stays cool through the night even in the middle of summer.
Partner wants a darker shade
My partner asked for a pair after trying one, but he would prefer a darker shade than the one we have.
Not as smooth as sateen
It is soft against the skin, though it does not have the smoothness of a sateen case.
Sits under a patterned duvet
The low-saturation colour sits under our patterned duvet instead of competing with it.
Soft, calm and easy to live with.
Grey reads beige in daylight
They work with our linen duvet, though the grey is closer to beige in daylight than I expected.
Fleece in winter
They sit on the bed all year round, although in the winter I prefer the fleece ones instead.
Narrower hem than our old cases
The stitching is neat along the opening, though the hem is a little narrower than on our older cases.
Second pair slightly softer
Bought a second pair. They match the first, though the second pair came slightly softer out of the bag.
Would like to buy a single
Very pleased with these. I would like the option to buy a single rather than a pair, which is my only note.
All year round
They sleep cool in summer and feel warm enough in winter, so we keep them on all year.
Guest wanted a brighter tone
A guest asked about them, though she wanted to know whether they came in a brighter tone.
A year of monthly washes
They have been on the bed for a year, washed monthly, and the colour has not dulled at all.
No empty corners
The twenty by thirty size fits our pillows properly with no empty corners at all.
Washed cotton, low-saturation colour, matte.
Small housewarming gift
Bought a pair as a small housewarming gift. They went down well, though they are a plain choice.
Softer, greyer than expected
The colour is a softer, greyer version of what I expected, which suits the room better than the original shade would.
Better made than the thin cotton cases it replaced, and softer.
Soft to lie on, though mine needed an iron after the first wash.
Roomy for a slim pillow
It fits a standard pillow properly, though the case is a little roomy for a slimmer pillow.
Patterned case on the second pillow
Mixed with a patterned case on the second pillow it looks considered rather than mismatched.
Different texture to the duvet
It pairs with our duvet cover well, though the two textures differ slightly and it shows when the bed is freshly made.
Soft and matte from night one
The washed cotton is soft and matte rather than crisp, and it was comfortable from the very first night.
Bought a pair for everyday use. After washing a few times, the fabric still feels soft and the stitching looks solid. No loose threads so far.
Simple but cozy. It’s the kind of pillowcase you forget about because it just works and feels comfortable every night.
Soft and calm
This pillowcase feels surprisingly gentle on the skin. The washed cotton has that quiet softness I really like, and the color blends into my room without trying too hard.
Color turned out slightly lighter than I expected, but honestly it looks even better in person. Gives my bedding a softer feel overall.
Very clean look. I sleep on my side and the cotton feels gentle enough that it doesn’t irritate my skin at all. Might order more colors.
Really nice texture. Not shiny, not rough, just that matte cotton touch I wanted. I’ve been using it every night and it stays comfortable even when I get a little warm.
Minimalist comfort
I love how low-saturation the tone is. It doesn’t fight with anything else on my bed and makes the space feel calmer. Super breathable too.
