Description
Warm checks and decorative edging give this cotton bedding a familiar, inviting look. Tea-toned checks feel gentle against plain furnishings, while mocha brings a richer colour to the bed. The yarn-dyed pattern follows the soft folds of the fabric, with a relaxed, crinkled appearance that suits a room styled for everyday comfort.
The tea check is available with small bow details or a broad white lace border; mocha comes with white lace. These are distinct designs, so the trim follows your colour selection. Keep nearby accessories simple, or add a plain throw to echo one of the tones in the checks.
- Pure cotton: Cotton fabric brings a relaxed appearance to the bedding.
- Yarn-dyed checks: The woven pattern adds definition to soft fabric folds.
- Design choices: Tea checks come with bows or lace; mocha checks have lace.
- Warm palette: Tea and mocha tones work well with plain throws and wooden accents.

Even spacing
The yarn-dyed checks keep their spacing across the cover and shams, and the bow edge is even.
In person the checks are finer and the bows a little smaller than the photos suggest.
Thin for deep winter
When the frost came a wool blanket went on top, though the cotton is thin for deep winter.
Even drop at the sides
Both sides of the cover hang evenly, and the edging finishes neatly below the mattress.
True to size
The cover and shams came up right for our usual size, with nothing left over at the foot.
Those soft checks and the bow edge give the bedroom a contented feel each evening.
Cream runner suits it
A plain cream bed runner suits the checks, though a patterned one competes with the bows.
My sister asked about it
My sister asked where the checked set came from, and a set is now on her guest bed.
Wish for a single size
The checks look lovely on our double, though a smaller single would suit the spare bed.
Between seasons
The changing seasons suit it, and only the coldest days called for an extra layer.
Soft tea checks with a delicate bow edge along the pillows.
Housewarming gift
I took a set to a housewarming and the tea checks suited their simple, warm bedroom.
Yarn-dyed cotton, tea checks, bow edging, a little crinkled.
Like the listing
The tea checks and the bow edging look just like the listing, and the weaving is even.
Warmer in the front room
It sits on the bed in the front room, though the pale tea check looks warmer there.
Soft, not stiff
The cotton is soft against the skin, and the yarn-dyed checks have not made it stiff.
Deeper mocha in the guest room
The guest room got a second set, though the mocha comes out a shade deeper in there.
Best with a medium quilt
It suits a medium-weight quilt, though our heavy winter duvet makes the corners pull tight.
Tea cushions pick up the checks
Tea-toned cushions pick up the warm checks, and the bow edging stays the only detail.
