Would buy the flat sheet alone
Nice set. I would like the matching flat sheet sold separately, since ours is quite worn.
Vintage Bear Stripe Cotton Sateen Bedding Set

Description
A little nostalgia gives this striped bedding its charm. Small bear motifs sit among loose-looking colored lines, with a warm brown reverse lending the playful design a more grounded feel. The cotton sateen has a smooth surface that keeps the bed inviting without making it look overly dressed. It is a cheerful choice for a bedroom that leaves room for favorite colors and a sense of humor.
Place a plain muted-blue cushion against the bear pillows to echo the blue stripes while giving the illustrated details their own space. Beside the bed, a honey-colored wooden table brings warmth to the brown tones; its simple, solid shape balances the fine lines across the duvet.
- Cotton sateen: The smooth cotton surface provides a soft, inviting feel, giving the illustrated bedding an easy everyday comfort.
- Bear details: Small character motifs add a nostalgic, playful note without covering every part of the striped design.
- Colored stripes: Fine blue and warm-toned lines create a lively rhythm against the pale background, making the design easy to pick up in accents.
- Brown contrast: The plain warm-brown reverse balances the patterned face, adding a calmer block of color when the duvet is turned back.

Sateen bedding with a playful print.
Placement differs slightly
The pattern is consistent across the set, though the bear placement differs slightly between the two pillowcases.
One cushion is enough
A plain muted-blue cushion echoes the blue stripes, though two cushions start to crowd the pattern.
Size up for a deep mattress
Medium suits our bed, though I would size up if the mattress is especially deep.
Warm brown, cotton sateen, small bears.
Even drop on both sides
It fits our bed properly and the border falls to a consistent length on both sides.
Bears printed sharply
The little bears are printed sharply and the loose stripes stay evenly spaced across the duvet.
Warmer and less shiny than the sateen set it replaced.
Plain blanket only
It layers with a plain blanket, though a patterned throw on top would be too much beside the bears.
Busy next to patterned curtains
The warm brown reverse works with our oak furniture, though the striped face is a lot next to patterned curtains.
Room for firm inserts
Medium fits our double bed and the pillowcases have room for firm inserts without straining.
Playful, smooth and warmer than it looks.
Never clammy
It is comfortable from early autumn to late spring, and the sateen never feels clammy.
Waking up to the little bears is a good start to the day.
Cheerful by day, cosy by lamp
It looks cheerful in the morning and cosy under a lamp at night, which is more range than I expected.
Slippery over the insert
The insert goes in without trouble, though the sateen is slippery enough that it slides a little at first.
Partner did not veto the bears
My partner, who would normally veto a bear print outright, actually likes this one.
Sateen creases more
Sateen is smooth and cool to the touch, though it shows creases more than plain cotton does.
More grown-up than expected
The brown is warmer and the bears smaller than the photos, which reads more grown-up than I expected.
Second set, cooler stripes
Bought a second set in the same design for the spare room, though I would have liked the stripes in a cooler tone.
Niece kept the bears
Sent a set to my niece for her birthday and she has kept the bears on her bed ever since.
Would like a deeper colour
Good set. A deeper red in the range would suit our room better, but the warm brown reverse is a good fallback.
Autumn through spring
We use it from autumn through to spring, and it folds away easily over the summer months.
Cute bear!
The little bear patch is adorable. It makes my room look so cozy. 10/10 would buy again.
Kawaii & Cozy
The pink cat design is super kawaii! The embroidery detail is really high quality, not scratchy at all. It fits my duvet perfectly. Taking off one star just because shipping took a day longer than expected, but the quality is worth it.
Great quality
I bought this set for my daughter's university apartment. She loves the vintage striped look. I washed it before she used it, and there was no shedding or pilling. It stayed fluffy.
So soft and warm!
I am obsessed with this bedding! I got the blue bear one for my dorm room. The flannel fleece is incredibly thick and soft, it feels like sleeping on a cloud. It keeps me super warm during the cold nights. Highly recommend!
Perfect for winter
Best purchase for winter. I don't even need my electric blanket anymore. The material is velvety and heats up instantly.
