Insert needs a bit of work
Two hands are enough to coax the insert in, though the opening is fairly narrow and the far corners need pushing.

Description
Fine blue-gray branches wander across an ivory ground, carrying tiny leaves and blossoms in muted green, pale yellow and dusty pink. This cotton bedding has a delicate, branching pattern with a quiet vintage character. The small details repeat evenly over the fabric, while natural cotton folds soften the lines and keep the bed looking relaxed.
Use warm tan cushions and simple cream curtains to give the fine branches a calm backdrop. Light wood furniture will complement the subdued botanical colors. A small dusty pink accessory can pick up the flowers without adding another busy pattern to the space around the bed.
- Pure cotton: Cotton fabric offers a comfortable everyday feel and natural drape.
- Pattern details: Fine blue-gray branches hold tiny muted green, yellow and pink botanical details on ivory.
- Internal duvet ties: Attachment ties help secure a compatible duvet insert inside the cover.
- Room pairing: Warm tan, cream and dusty pink accents suit the delicate branching pattern.

Best in the milder months
Spring and autumn suit it well, and only in the hottest weeks did the cotton start to feel warm.
Kept in the spare room
It is in the spare room where the light is gentle, and the quiet branching print suits the plain walls.
Cotton, fine blue-gray branches, muted green and dusty pink details.
Gift for a friend
A friend took a set for her new flat and liked it, though the vines came out finer in her room than she expected.
It gives an ivory bed a delicate branching detail, though the pale ground marks easily.
Edges are neatly finished
The seams on the duvet and both shams run straight, and the vine print meets the hem cleanly.
Bought another colour
I ordered a second set in a warmer palette, though the blue-gray reads deeper in that version.
Softer than expected
The vine cotton is much softer than the crisp fabric I had imagined, closer to something washed a few times.
The branching vines make the evening feel quietly vintage.
Looks like the listing
The wandering branches and tiny leaves match the listing closely, and the lines are finer on the bed.
Sized for a deep mattress
Our mattress is on the deep side, and the fitted sheet still reaches under all four corners so nothing rides up in the night.
