The ruffles are softer and less frilly in person than the preview suggested.
Sized for a deep mattress
Our mattress is deep and the fitted sheet still tucks in properly, so there is no lifting at the corners during the night.
Fine unless you use a topper
It fits our mattress properly, though once we added a topper the fitted sheet began to lift slightly at two corners.
It makes a plain guest room feel quietly romantic.
Warm on a humid night
It breathes well on most summer evenings, though on one humid night the gauze felt warmer than we wanted for a light set.

I ordered another set in cream after a season with the first, and the two sets alternate nicely between our room and the guest bed.
Turning back the ruffled cover at night makes the bed feel softer.
