Description
Tonal flowers give Ondine a quiet pattern that changes with the folds of the fabric. Ivory Bloom keeps the bed light and soft, while Ink Black creates a deeper focal point with flowers picked out in a slightly contrasting tone. The cotton-blend fabric has a smooth-looking drape, and the plain reverse offers a simple contrast when the duvet is turned back.
Keep the surrounding palette restrained to let the floral detail show. Pale wood and cream accessories work with the ivory design; warmer lighting and plain cushions soften the black. Both versions bring decorative detail to the bed without relying on bright colour.
- Cotton blend: Blended fabric has a smooth-looking, fluid drape.
- Tonal flowers: Floral motifs add detail within a restrained colour palette.
- Two colour choices: Ivory Bloom offers a light look, while Ink Black provides a deeper contrast.
- Plain reverse: The unpatterned side adds a simple contrast when folded back.

Looks like the listing
Pattern and drape match the listing closely, and the ink black is a shade deeper on the bed.
Stored away for summer
It folds into a compact stack when we change bedding for a season, though the cotton blend holds a light crease.
Good in the morning and evening
In the morning the tonal flowers look soft in daylight, and in the evening with the lamp they deepen a little.
Folded-back reverse adds contrast
A plain throw at the foot reveals the solid reverse when the duvet is turned back, adding quiet contrast.
Right on a deep mattress
The fitted sheet reaches under every corner of our deep mattress, so nothing lifts in the night.
Waking up under the tonal flowers feels calm and unhurried.
Cotton-blend fabric, tonal flowers, plain reverse.
Sizing follows the chart
The guide's measurements matched our bed, and the shams hold our pillows with room to spare.
Would like a softer ivory
The ivory bloom and the ink black are both lovely, and the only thing I would add is a warmer grey option.
The tonal flowers shift with the folds, which keeps the pattern quietly alive.
