Stored at the turn of the season
It folded away into the cupboard when the weather warmed up, and the cotton does hold a light crease if it is stacked under heavier bedding.
Black and Cream Wave Cotton Bedding Set

Description
Big black and cream waves give this cotton bedding a cheerful graphic presence. The generous curves feel less rigid than a straight stripe, making a simple bedroom feel expressive without needing several patterns. Cotton fabric brings a familiar, soft touch, while the tan companion sheet adds warmth beneath the strong monochrome design.
Place a black cushion against the pillows to repeat the darkest waves in a quieter shape. A textured caramel throw across the foot picks up the tan sheet and brings a softer, smaller-scale texture beside the broad flowing curves.
- Cotton comfort: Cotton fabric offers a familiar soft feel, balancing the bold visual design with a straightforward material for everyday bedding.
- Oversized wave pattern: Large black and cream curves make the bed a clear focal point without relying on a mix of bright colors.
- Tan companion sheet: The warm tan sheet softens the monochrome contrast and gives wooden furniture or warm neutral accessories a natural connection.
- Coordinated pillowcases: The wave motif continues on the pillows, creating a complete graphic arrangement that needs only simple finishing accents.

Reads well in the mornings
In the mornings the light catches the cream ground and the waves look crisp, and in the evening with the lamp on they read much softer.
Ordered a second for the guest bed
We liked it enough to order another for the guest bed, and the black waves have made that room look far more considered than it did.
Right on a standard double
It fits our standard double cleanly and the fitted sheet tucks in without pulling, though a very deep mattress may want the next size up.
Would like a green version
The set is exactly right as it is, and the only thing I would ask for is another colourway so the next room could have the same waves.
Partner likes the bold look
My partner usually prefers plain bedding and he likes these waves on the bed, which says a lot given how graphic the pattern is.
Softer than the printed cotton we had before, though the pattern is much larger.
Fine in warm and cold rooms
It stays comfortable on warmer nights with just the sheet under it, and with a heavier insert in winter it is warm enough for the coldest weeks.
Sizing is generous
I used the size chart and the cover is generous, with enough duvet to hang evenly on both sides rather than sitting tight on the mattress.
Insert goes in without a fight
The opening is roomy enough to push the insert through and the corners stay filled once it is closed, so the duvet holds its shape.
Close to the listing
The black and cream waves match the listing well, and the tan sheet is a little warmer in tone than the photos, which suits our room.
The oversized curves look bolder than a plain stripe, which is exactly what I wanted.
Making the bed in the morning, the big waves still make the room feel cheerful.
Big black waves, cream ground, warm tan sheet.
Cotton feels familiar and soft
The cotton has a familiar soft hand straight from the pack, and it does not have the slippery feel that some of the printed bedding has.
Caramel throw at the foot
A textured caramel throw across the foot picks up the tan sheet and adds a smaller-scale surface beside the big flowing curves.
Good beside the dark dresser
It sits well beside our dark wooden dresser and a simple lamp, and the warm tan sheet underneath keeps the black and cream from feeling cold.
Exactly what I was looking for. Modern, minimalist, and comfortable.
Obsessed. That's all.
Almost Perfect
I really love the design, it's very unique. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is that the beige is a little warmer/yellower than I expected from the pictures, but it still looks great in my room with my wooden furniture.
Absolutely transformed my room!
I was looking for something bold and modern, and this is it. The wavy pattern is so cool and makes my whole room feel more artistic. The cotton is really soft too, which is a huge plus. 10/10 recommend.
So Chic and Comfortable
This bedding set is the perfect statement piece. It has a very high-end, designer look to it. It's also surprisingly comfortable and breathable. I've gotten so many compliments on it already.
My daughter wanted this for her new apartment and she absolutely loves it. She said it has a very cool, 'indie' vibe and all her friends ask where she got it. Great find!
Cool pattern
The wavy pattern is super cool. It's a nice change from the usual floral or striped bedding. The fabric is standard cotton, feels nice enough.
Great quality, looks amazing
The pattern is just as vibrant in person as it is in the photos. The material feels durable but soft. It washed well with no fading. Very happy with this purchase.
