Lies flat once made
Once the insert is in and the bed is made, the cover lies flat and the floral panels sit evenly rather than bunching.

Description
Stillgarden imagines the bedroom as a quiet garden, where botanical detail meets the softness of faded color. Branching florals, slender leaves, drifting butterflies and ornamental curves unfold across gentle grounds, while contrasting borders and ties give each design a clear frame. Individual patterns move between airy spacing and fuller compositions, sharing a subdued palette and a sense of unhurried rhythm. The collection brings these different garden impressions together to create a bedroom that feels personal, restful and quietly expressive.
Deep brown roses scattered over a muted mauve ground give this cotton and linen bedding a romantic mood with a little depth. Set a cocoa-colored cushion against the pillows to pick up the dark blooms and ties. A loosely woven cream throw across the foot softens that contrast, adding larger texture beside the finely drawn petals.
- Cotton and linen: Cotton and linen provide natural fabric texture and a comfortable softness for an inviting bed.
- Scattered roses: Dark rose blooms stand apart on a dusty mauve ground, bringing definition to a softly romantic palette.
- Brown edging: Contrasting borders and visible pillow ties connect the flower tones to a distinctive finish around the pillows.
- Layered contrast: The pale plain reverse offers a quieter companion to the roses when paired with simple throws or cushions.

A friend asked for the link
A friend asked about the bedding when she stayed, though she wanted the details for a larger bed than this covers.
Colour held after washing
It came through the first wash with the rose still even and the butterflies crisp, though the linen creases more afterwards.
She asked for the link herself
My cousin asked for the link herself after I sent her a set, though she chose the blue version rather than the rose.
The butterflies drifting across the florals make the evening feel gentle.
Ivory cushion keeps it soft
An ivory cushion against the floral pillows keeps the dusty rose soft, and the pale wood furniture suits the muted tones.
Pattern repeats evenly
The floral motifs and the drifting butterflies repeat evenly across the duvet and the shams, and the border lines up at the seams.
Kept to the main bedroom
It lives in our main bedroom where the light is soft, though in the brighter back room the dusty rose looked a little flat.
Wish for a larger size
The set is charming and the butterflies are a lovely touch, and the only thing I would add is a larger size for our wide bed.
Warmer and less sweet in person than the photos suggest, which I prefer.
Rose deeper in person
Deeper in person than the listing shows, and the butterflies stand out more strongly in daylight.
Layer added in a cold week
In the coldest week we added a wool blanket on top, though on its own the cotton-linen is thin for deep winter.
My sister asked about it
My sister asked where the bedding was from when she stayed, though she thought the dusty rose would suit a larger room better.
Check the pillow size
The duvet size suited our bed, though the pillowcases are generous and our standard pillows sit a little loose inside them.
Gift for a housewarming
I gave a set as a housewarming gift and they liked it, though the dusty rose was stronger in their room than the photos suggested.
Far gentler on the eye than the printed floral set it replaced, with a much softer tone.
Soft but light in weight
The cotton-linen feels soft against the skin, though it is a lighter weave than our previous set and shows the mattress edges.
The dusty rose and the butterflies make the corner of the room feel romantic.
Good between seasons
It works through spring and early autumn with a light quilt, and with a heavier insert underneath it still suits the cooler weeks.
Added a set for the guest room
I ordered a second set for the guest room, though the dusty rose reads a little stronger in there than in our own room.
Runner should stay plain
A plain cream runner across the foot suits the dusty rose, though a patterned runner competes with the floral print.
Right with a medium insert
It sits nicely over a medium-weight insert and the cover holds the filling evenly, so the florals keep their shape.
Hang is slightly short
It fits the mattress properly, though the duvet hangs a little shorter at the sides than our last set, so the bed looks narrower.
Cotton-linen, dusty rose florals, drifting butterflies.
