Floral Embroidered Cotton Linen Bedding Set

Description
Soft floral embroidery gathers around the edges of this warm ivory bed, leaving the middle calm and open. The cotton-linen fabric has a relaxed texture that keeps the decorative border from feeling formal. Muted pink, blue and green details bring the charm of an older linen cupboard into a room that can still feel simple, personal and easy to live with.
Place a dusty-pink cushion against the embroidered pillows to echo the small flowers. A pale oak bedside table brings a smooth, broad grain beside the lightly textured fabric, giving the delicate border a simple backdrop without adding another ornate piece.
- Cotton-linen fabric: The cotton and linen blend has a soft, lightly textured hand that suits the bedding's relaxed, gently rumpled appearance.
- Floral embroidery: Muted flowers gather along the borders, adding delicate color where it can be seen without covering the whole surface.
- Open center: Broad plain areas balance the decorative edges, keeping the bed calm even when the embroidered border is fully visible.
- Coordinated borders: Related floral detailing on the duvet and pillows creates a connected arrangement that works with simple solid accessories.

Best in the middle seasons
It is at its best in spring and autumn; in high summer we use it without a quilt at all.
Plain from a distance
From across the room it looks like plain ivory, and the embroidery shows once you are close.
The muted border makes the whole room feel softer.
Quieter than the bolder botanical sets I compared.
Cotton-linen, embroidered border, warm ivory.
The corner looks collected rather than decorated.
Usual size is right
I would stay with your usual size; the cover already has enough drop without going up.
Add a quilt for the cold weeks
For the coldest weeks of winter a quilt underneath is the only extra this set needs.
Gentle on skin
The cotton-linen feels gentle on the skin, with none of the crispness that linen sometimes has.
Border falls to a good length
The border falls to a good length on both sides of our double bed without touching the floor.
Second set for the guest room
Ordered a second set for the guest room after ours had been on for a couple of months.
Would like additional sizes
Very pleased. I would like an extra size option for very deep mattresses, which is my only note.
Border width differs from the photos
The embroidered border is a little narrower than it looks online, though it still frames the duvet.
Dusty pink picks up the flowers
A dusty-pink cushion picks up the small embroidered flowers without adding another pattern.
Suits a light insert
It suits a light to mid-weight insert; a heavy one makes the linen blend crease more at the corners.
Housewarming present
Bought a set as a housewarming present and it went straight onto the bed that week.
Border is even all round
The embroidery sits at an even distance from the edge all the way round the duvet.
A friend asked about it
A friend asked about the set over dinner and took a photo of the border to look it up.
Softer and more relaxed than the crisp linen set I expected.
Stays on the guest bed
It stays on the guest bed, where the warm ivory suits the older furniture in that room.
Warm ivory rather than a cold white.
Plain bedspread only
It layers with a plain bedspread, though a patterned one would compete with the embroidered border.
Good between seasons
It suits the weeks between seasons, when the middle of the bed needs a lighter layer.
Cotton-linen with embroidery gathered around the edges.
Beautiful quality
The fabric is heavy and durable. The embroidery is lovely. Just wish it didn't wrinkle as much after washing, but that's natural linen for you.
My favorite purchase
Great quality for the price. The stitching is tight and hasn't frayed after washing. Highly recommend for anyone wanting that soft fairy look.
Perfect cottagecore vibes 🌸
I am absolutely in love with this bedding! The embroidery is even more beautiful in person. The linen feels high quality and breathable, perfect for my vintage bedroom setup.
So pretty!! The little pom poms on the edges are the cutest detail. Fits my room perfectly and the cream color is so warm.
Obsessed. It feels like sleeping in a meadow. The embroidery is soft and doesn't scratch your skin at all.
