Description
Gathered cotton and generous ruffles give Winnifred a softly layered look. In Noble White, the folds create gentle shadows across the duvet, while embroidered details add a delicate finish to the matching pillowcases. The washed-cotton fabric keeps the textured design relaxed.
Let the pale bedding stand out against warm wood, or pair it with cream furnishings for a quiet bedroom palette. The broad ruffled edges frame the bed, bringing decorative detail without a printed pattern.
- Washed cotton: Cotton fabric with a relaxed, softly textured appearance.
- Gathered detail: Rows of gathering create subtle depth across the bedding.
- Ruffled edges: Generous ruffles frame the duvet and matching pillowcases.
- Embroidered pillows: Delicate embroidery adds detail to the white pillowcases.

Works with warm wood
It sits well with warm wooden furniture and plain cream linen, letting the ruffles carry the texture.
Looks like the listing
The gathered folds and the embroidery match the listing closely, and the white is a shade warmer on the bed.
Check the pillow size
The size is right for our bed, though the shams are wide and our standard pillows sit loosely inside.
The embroidered detail on the pillowcases is the nicest touch, though the white marks easily.
Comfortable in most weather
Spring through autumn it has been comfortable, and a warmer insert keeps it going in winter.
Washed cotton, generous ruffles, embroidered pillowcase details.
The gathered ruffles make the morning feel soft and unhurried.
Back out for the cooler months
When the evenings cooled it came back out of the cupboard, and the washed cotton had not gone stiff.
Gift for my sister
My sister received a set from me and liked it, though the ruffles were fuller in her room than she had pictured.
Ivory throw adds texture
An ivory knit throw at the foot adds a rougher texture beside the gathered cotton, and the two pale tones stay quiet.
Ordered the same again
A second white set went into the guest room, where the ruffles suit the smaller bed.
Soft washed cotton
The washed cotton feels soft with a lightly gathered surface, and the ruffles give the duvet a little extra weight.
