Bought another after gifting
I gave one away and then ordered the same set for ourselves, because the pale cotton with the dark edge suits a grown-up room.

She asked for the link herself
My sister asked for the link herself after I gave her a set, though she chose the lilac rather than the blush we have.
Best in the milder months
It is lovely through spring and summer, though in a cold snap we needed another layer on top to stay warm enough.
Quiet from afar, detailed close
From across the room the bed reads as plain pale bedding, and the scalloped lace only becomes clear once you are near it.
Used through spring and autumn
It goes on in spring and stays into autumn, and with a heavier insert underneath it still works for the cooler weeks.
Cover holds the insert
The cover sits snugly over the insert and the corners stay filled, so the lace edge keeps its shape instead of sagging.
Looks like the listing
The lace and the washed cotton match the listing closely, and the lilac is a shade softer in person, which I prefer.
Use the size guide
I checked the size guide before ordering and the cover fitted our bed exactly as the measurements suggested, with the shams covered.
Gift for a housewarming
I gave a set as a housewarming gift and it suited their pale, softly furnished bedroom straight away.
Blush cushion echoes the tone
A blush cushion against the pillows echoes the cotton, and the black lace piping gives the pastel palette a firm outline.
The lace makes the corner of the room feel vintage, though the pale ground marks easily.
Much more grown up than I imagined, this pale cotton with black lace.
Hang is a little short
It fits the mattress properly, though the duvet hangs slightly shorter at the sides than our last set, so the bed looks narrower.
Good between seasons
It works through spring and autumn with a light quilt, though in the middle of summer we found the cotton a little much.
Dark runner works with it
A black runner across the foot suits the lace edge, and the contrast keeps the pale cotton from looking too sweet.
Lace runs neatly around
The scalloped lace follows the edge evenly around the duvet and the pillowcases, and it is stitched flat with no gaps.
Soft and light on the skin
The washed cotton feels soft and light against the skin, and the lace edge lies flat rather than scratching along the pillow.
Wish for a larger size
The set is lovely and the lace is beautifully finished, and the only thing I would add is a larger size for our wider bed.
My cousin asked about it
My cousin asked where the bedding was from when she stayed, and she has since ordered the same lace set for her own room.
Bought for the main bedroom
It lives on our main bed now, and the blush pink with the black lace edge suits that room's soft light better than anything we had.
Added a set for the guest room
I ordered a second set in the other colour for the guest room, though the lilac and blush tones read a little differently together.
Extra layer in a cold week
In the coldest week we tucked a wool blanket under the cover, and the lace edge kept its shape under the extra layer.
Washed cotton, scalloped black lace, relaxed vintage finish.
The black lace is softer and less severe in person than the preview led me to expect.
Right with a medium insert
It pairs well with a medium-weight insert, though with a heavy winter duvet the cover looks slightly stretched along the lace edge.
